Have full understanding of all procedures necessary to operate the restaurant on a day to day basis After training, will have working knowledge of all menu items and ingredients. Lead shifts in the FOH and BOH. Learn and have working knowledge of procedures necessary to operate restaurant. Coach and supervise employees, making sure all steps of service are met. Coach and communicate with employees in a positive and professional manner. Must be able to perform all job descriptions and tasks assigned by management. Team player and helps support other staff in their duties. Adheres to the rules and regulations contained in the Confidential Manual of Operations.
Responsibilities
This role supports General and Assistant Managers by gaining a full understanding of daily restaurant operations and leading shifts across both Front of House and Back of House areas. Responsibilities include coaching and supervising employees to ensure all steps of service are met while maintaining positive and professional communication.
