Position Summary Your role as a Supervisor is to manage a group of Technicians and act as a liaison between managements and field personnel by communicating objectives, providing support, managing tasks, and delivering and receiving maps. This role will report to the Field Operations Manager. Primary Responsibilities Monitor production and quality reporting of all Survey Technicians reporting to the Supervisor and work with Survey Technicians to improve any production or quality issues Receive and respond to first line of technical support issues for Survey Technicians in the group and escalate to Field Operations Manager and/or Project Manager as needed First pass QA/QC maps as they are turned in by Survey Technicians in the group Track and manage distribution and collection of plat maps via MobileFrame and other tools Manage new leaks that arise from the group Utilize web maps to facilitate corrections as needed Utilize FTP for accessing and uploading files, as necessary Proactively report any issues observed with Survey Technicians to the Field Operations Manager and Project Manager Manage inventory of equipment used by Survey Technicians in the group, including cones, signage, logo magnets, first aid kit, dog repellent spray, batteries, highlighters, and more Ensure all safety requirements, policies, and procedures are followed and enforced, as necessary Initiate written discipline Qualifications Job Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of 2 years of gas leak survey experience Valid Driver's License with a good driving record Ability to pass a thorough background check and pre-employment drug screen required as a condition of employment Strong communication and organizational ability Must be able and willing to walk 5 miles or more per day on various terrain and various weather conditions carrying a minimum of 25 pounds Ability to lead, motivate and provide direction to geographically dispersed team Ability to prioritize and organize a variety of tasks Proficient in using current technology such as smartphones, tablets, and Microsoft Office Ability to effectively communicate with Hydromax USA employees, clients, and the public in an articulate, professional manner Advanced written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to be highly organized High attention to detail Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form Pay: $ 29.00 - $32.00 per hour, depending on experience Benefits: Weekly pay Company paid smartphone, safety boot voucher, uniforms, and PPE Medical, dental, vision insurance and more Company paid life insurance policy Paid holidays and personal paid time off (PTO) 401K with company match after 6 months Career advancement opportunities Working at Hydromax USA: At Hydromax USA, we’re committed to a culture that embraces safety and strives for excellence.
