Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Supervisor, you will play a vital role in managing daily store operations, leading sales teams, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, maintaining store standards, and supporting the Store Manager in achieving operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of Sales Associates to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Plan and manage staff rosters to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Drive store performance by consistently achieving Turnover, Margin, Volume, Shrinkage, and Safe Operations KPIs.
  • Oversee merchandising, stock flow, and category displays to ensure optimal customer experience.
  • Conduct regular team training on products, merchandising, customer service, and sales techniques.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints effectively, ensuring satisfaction and building customer loyalty.
  • Provide product guidance to customers, helping them find the right solutions for their needs.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinating with Purchase and Warehouse teams for replenishment.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager on store decisions and strategic planning.
