PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

The Supervisor of the Department is responsible for assisting the Department Manager in maintaining the day-to-day operations and standards of the General Merchandise Department. This role involves supervising team members, ensuring excellent customer service, and fostering positive relations between the team and customers. The Supervisor also supports the implementation of company and franchise standards while safeguarding company assets.
