Assumes full responsibility for the operation of a Goodwill Retail Store when the Manager is not on duty .
Responsible for leading , motivating, coaching and training the store employees while achieving and maximizing sales goals in compliance with company goals, policies and procedures .

REQUIREMENTS:

Must Have prior Retail/operations management experience. ready to wear environment preferred .
Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills . Must proficient in the English language .
