Job Description The GR Officer will be responsible for handling all GR transactions related to delivery riders in Oman and managing the company's relationships with government agencies and officials. Role duties and responsibilities: ● Monitoring and maintaining the company's valid licenses, permits, and Authorized Signatories. Permits include and are not limited to Fire, Trade & Industry, Municipality, Labor, Traffic department, Information, Justice, Defense, Customs. ● Coordinating with the management of any matter / complaint / investigation on the company at the related Authorities and attending on behalf of the company. And liaising with the authorized signatories to attend before the authorities whenever it is required. ● Cooperating with the ministry of interior in case of any required information that belongs to a case or investigations. ● Liaising with the respective dept, marketing dept to issue permits for a campaign (discounts, promotions, rewards) legal dept to facilitate and support with lease agreements and internal agreements between the company and the landlord. ● Handling the customer complaints filed at the Consumer Protection Authority attending before the authority to discuss and provide the needed support to close the complaint amicably with the support of Consumer protection team. ● Attesting documents before the ministries and embassies whenever required. And delivering any correspondence to governmental authorities or companies. ● Traffic department processes such as renewing company vehicles, cancelling vehicles, advertising permits and other related tasks in traffic dept if needed. ● Paying, reconciling or solving violations from authorities such as Traffic, Municipality, Ministry of commerce Consumer protection authority etc... Qualifications Experience in Government Relations. Knowledge of local GR and regulations related to delivery companies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
