JOB DESCRIPTION

A Shift Supervisor leads by example, ensures all restaurant policies are followed and completes all required shift documentation while supervising staff on duty. As well, a Shift Supervisor supports the Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant by Training, development and supervision of up to 10 team members in a busy environment, creating an exceptional guest experience environment, addresses customer complaints and concerns, supervises food preparation, ensures the restaurant is always inspection ready and maintains Health & Safety Standards.
