Job Title: Supervisor, Sales & BD Type of Employment: Permanent Department: Hardlines Job Location: Gazipur Job Responsibilities: Meet annual revenue budget of the assign area or channel. Develop and retain business from the assign customers. Market visit on regular basis to maintain close relationship and develop new customers Preparing market report and suggesting action plan based on competitors activity Coordinate with internal operation divisions in achieving customer satisfaction Preparing corporate proposal to meet the client’s need Promote company goodwill and business through appropriate marketing activities. Assist team members to meet team objective. · Soft Skills: Organized, meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, problem-solving skills, patience, ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Proficiency in problem-solving, patience, proactive approach, and multitasking abilities. · Technical Skills: NA Educational Requirements: Masters / BBA/ MBA in Marketing from any reputed University (Preferably SSC & HSC from Science Background) Experience Requirements: 3-4 Years in sales. Relevant experience will get preference. Other Job Requirements: · Language Proficiency: Proficient in both English and Bangla · Computer literacy: Hand-on experience in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
