An exciting position has become available for a Supervisor at Haute Dolci based on Bold Street in Liverpool.

Role Requirements

  • The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service experience to a high standard in a busy environment.
  • The establishment’s reputation for service is second to none, you will be dedicated to upholding that reputation.
  • Have a passion for desserts and the restaurant sector.
  • Have an enthusiasm for food, and the ability to communicate your passion to customers.
  • You will have excellent communication skills along with the ability to manage and organise yourself and your team effectively and efficiently.
  • You will be able to work well under pressure whilst maintaining good attention to detail.
  • You will be required to be an ‘All-rounder’ were you will occasionally work in the Bar, Kitchen and Floor.

Role Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the efficient operation of the unit in the absence of the manager. As well as maintaining the high standards of operational procedures in the unit through training and performance management.
  • To ensure that the unit achieve the set targets through high standards of Quality, Customer Service, Cleanliness, and promotional activities.
  • To present a professional demeanour at all times when dealing with all company employees and customers.
  • To carry out other duties and projects as requested by senior management.
