Donegal Closing Date: Friday 15th of May 2026 Are you ready to take the next step in your leadership journey? We are looking for a confident and driven Team Leader to join our Letterkenny site, someone who can lead by example, inspire others, and deliver results in a fast-paced production environment. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for loading specialized equipment into modular builds, managing daily operations, and ensuring project-based production of Power Modules and associated products meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Key responsibilities: * Drive performance and maintain standards consistent with company expectations for all employees and contractors. * Manage resources, schedules, and manpower to achieve production targets and meet customer deadlines. * Support first-line management duties, including coaching, training, and performance assessments. * Foster a positive, motivated team culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. * Uphold high standards of Health & Safety and promote best practice across the site. * Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within production. Essential Skills, Qualifications/Experience: * Minimum of 6 years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. * Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve production goals and deliver high-quality outcomes. * Experience in moving large switchgear panels into modular builds with the ability to drive 7 – 12 tonne fork-lifts. * Strong awareness of Health & Safety in a factory environment. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including advanced Excel).
