• Assist in effectively managing warehouse operations by supporting the Warehouse Manager/Supervisor and Storepersons.
• Lead and set performance standards for the Storeperson(s).
• Achieve team objectives and KPIs as directed by Management.
• Safely operate warehouse machinery in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Supervisor to maintain full pick faces.
• Report incidents of damage or shortages promptly to the supervisor.
• Maintain organization and tidiness in the warehouse and Depot areas.
• Strive for zero near-miss incidents or accidents.
• Contribute to team goals and collaborate effectively.
