Monitor site operations daily to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies. Conduct regular site inspections and audits, identifying hazards, unsafe practices, and recommending corrective actions. Assist in developing and implementing HSE plans, procedures, and risk assessments for ongoing projects. Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training sessions to raise awareness among workers and subcontractors. Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents, preparing detailed reports with preventive recommendations. Ensure proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all site personnel. Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to promote safe work practices and resolve HSE issues. Maintain accurate records of safety performance, inspections, and compliance documentation for reporting to management and authorities.
