SUPERVISOR – HUMBLE GRAPE ISLINGTON

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic, hands-on Supervisor to join our Islington team. If you love wine, thrive in buzzing service, and know how to keep both guests and teams smiling under pressure, this could be your perfect next step.

This is a hands-on position in a busy wine bar, restaurant, and shop. You’ll be leading shifts, supporting the team, and making sure every guest leaves feeling looked after. You’ll need to:

• Deliver warm, knowledgeable service with a genuine love for wine and food.
• Anticipate and understand guest needs, creating memorable experiences.
• Keep calm under pressure and handle complaints with professionalism.
• Lead by example, supporting your team with energy, humour, and respect.
