JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Making sure employees that report to you meet performance expectations.
• Giving instructions or orders to subordinate employees.
• Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure and healthy.
• Ensuring great customer service at all levels.
• Providing feedback on employee work performance and preparing reports and updates for upper management
• Assisting with the monitoring of inventory.
• Completing other tasks assigned by the store manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-2+ years management experience is required;
-Fluent English is required and Mandarin is an asset.
-Day shift starts at 10:00 am & Night shift ends at 0:30/1:30 am (early morning). Around 8 hours for each shift.
