What You’ll Do

As a Shift Manager, you’ll be right at the heart of the action — leading your team, running smooth operations, and making sure every guest leaves with a smile.

You’ll:

• Lead your team during shifts to deliver great food and exceptional service
• Run pre-shift briefings and set clear goals for the team
• Motivate, coach, and support team members to perform at their best
• Uphold food safety, health, and compliance standards
• Take accountability for the smooth running of your shift
• Create a fun, high-energy atmosphere for both team and guests

What You’ll Bring

• Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality or retail
