JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a knowledgeable and skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our dynamic team.   • Strong understanding of computer networking concepts including TCP/IP, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and WAN technologies.
  • Experience with databases such as Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle; familiarity with SQL queries is essential.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.
  • Familiarity with information security standards such as PCI compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide customer service effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues efficiently and implement solutions.
  • Experience with tools like Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting purposes.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint for document management is a plus.
