Lead activity on product performance in Innovation phase to ensure the product quality must be achieved the PANDORA standard with the strong stakeholder’s collaboration and leading to enhance the consumer satisfaction. Be the quality gate-keeper for new product designs and innovations; set quality standards and ensure best practices are incorporated Control the testing lead time with center timeline and control all testing program finished follow each collection timeline Define Testing plan for any new product designs and innovation Develope and keep updated testing procedures and acceptance criteria to guarantee product compliance Lead to summary and analysis report for benchmarking activity Lead reporting and analysis of performance test results and ensure these are kept up to date escalate issues as needed Endurse new innovation product ; to ensure quality aspect is taken into consideration Define and Standardize test procedures and acceptance criteria Responsible for overall team's work pipeline quality and performance Lead and support special project from plant
