We are currently looking for a motivated, skilled, and experienced Interior Supervisor to join our team and oversee day-to-day operations on our projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and attention to detail to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the interior team, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and budgets to understand project requirements.
• Collaborate with designers, architects, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and make adjustments as necessary.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to help them perform their best.
• Maintain effective communication with clients to address any concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure that materials, tools, and equipment are ordered and used efficiently.
• Ensure projects comply with local building codes, regulations, and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the interior design or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and construction processes.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.) is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
