Job Title: Supervisor, IT Operations (TCF) Job Description Entry level professional in a supervisory role. Receives predetermined work assignments that are process-driven, and subject to a moderate level of control and review. Asset Tracking and Management: Maintain accurate records of all company assets, including acquisition data, location, and status. Develop and implement an asset management strategy that maximizes asset utilization. Team Supervision: Lead and manage a team of asset management professionals. Provide training and support to team members, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving asset management processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Implement best practices and procedures for asset maintenance and life cycle management. Reporting: Generate regular reports on asset status and performance for management review. Analyze data to inform strategic decisions related to asset procurement and utilization. Compliance and Safety: Ensure all asset management activities comply with company policies and legal requirements. Promote a safe working environment by adhering to safety regulations and standards.
