Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee front-of-house operations and customer service
• Supervise and support staff
• Manage inventory and place orders for food, beverages, and supplies
• Create staff schedules, conduct training, and manage communication
• Ensure smooth coordination between dining area and kitchen
• Provide excellent hospitality and handle guest concerns professionally
• Maintain effective communication with staff and customers

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of restaurant management or supervisory experience
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Interest in Japanese food and culture

Employment Type: Full-time,
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
