AYANA Midplaza, Jakarta is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Supervisor for our vibrant JimBARan Lounge. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the lounge, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service, quality control, and team management. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead the team to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced lounge environment. Ensure that all beverages and food items meet the hotel’s quality standards and presentation guidelines. Assist with training and development of team members to enhance service excellence. Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring appropriate stock and supplies are maintained. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, providing solutions to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with the management team to develop special promotions and events tailored to our guest preferences. Maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere within the lounge, adhering to health and safety regulations. Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant, lounge, or bar, preferably in a luxury setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and guest service. Proficient in managing inventory and understanding of cost control measures. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Possess relevant certifications in hospitality or food and beverage management is a plus.
