We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to lead our team in a dynamic retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage various operational aspects of the store. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and driving sales performance while maintaining inventory control and managing staff effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven supervisory experience in retail management or related fields
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes positively
• Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse customers
• Proficient in retail math, inventory control, and POS systems
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team development and motivation
• Experience in sales management, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives is desirable
• Familiarity with grocery store operations is an advantage
