About the jobThe Kids Club Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Kids Club, ensuring a safe, engaging, and enjoyable environment for children. The role involves supervising Kids Club Attendants, planning and coordinating appropriate age activities, maintaining safety standards, and delivering exceptional guest experiences for children and their families.

• About YouDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Recreation, Hospitality, Leisure Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Kids Club, childcare, recreation, hospitality, or educational environment.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Experience working in resorts, hotels, holiday parks, or family entertainment facilities is an advantage.
• Good command of English; additional languages are beneficial.
