Jeff’s Bagel Run in O-Town West is looking for an individual who provides exceptional customer service and leadership skills to join our team as the Lead/Supervisor!
Jeff’s Bagel Run is a fast-growing brand, where we pride ourselves in producing scratch made bagels, spreads, and delicious coffees daily! Overall, our priorities are serving up exceptional customer service and a product that we are consistently proud of!
The Lead/Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing daily operations within our environment, working closely with the General Manager to ensure that the team meets performance goals while delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage various aspects of store operations, including inventory control, and employee training. The Lead Supervisor will foster a positive work environment and drive team success through motivation and guidance.

SKILLS

• Strong negotiation skills for effective conflict resolution.
• Proficient in POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Experience in food and beverage/shift supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Leadership capabilities to inspire and guide team members towards achieving goals.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with administrative duties related to store operations.

  Pay: $16.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

• Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
• Manage inventory control processes, including occasional ordering and stocking.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members to promote collaboration.
• Become familiar with how to perform each role in the store, including packing orders, preparing cream cheese, register, baking, and rolling dough.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment that aligns with JBR standards.
