Job Summary
Join our established restaurant group as we launch an exciting new food trailer venture! We’re seeking two dedicated Assistant Leads to help manage our brand-new 25ft mobile food trailer equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. This is an opportunity to be part of building something special from day one while working in a professional, well-equipped environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily food trailer operations and team management
• Ensure exceptional food quality and customer service standards
• Supervise kitchen staff across all stations
• Handle customer interactions with Southern hospitality
• Manage inventory coordination with our main restaurant
• Operate POS systems, KDS displays, and online ordering platforms
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
• Support operations during peak service times
• Take ownership of quality control for every order

Required Qualifications

• Customer service and interaction experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Personable demeanor with genuine enthusiasm for hospitality
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and professional appearance
• Weekend availability required
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Restaurant or food service experience
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• POS system familiarity
• Food safety knowledge

Schedule & Compensation
Hours: 40 hours per week with weekend availability required
