Description:

Responsibilities:

  • You have a Bachelor degree in HR, Adult Learning, Quality Assurance, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent work experience.
  • You have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience working in a regulated, manufacturing and/or service centre environment.
  • You have experience developing learning solutions in a quality-controlled environment.
  • You are a high performer with the ability to build productive working relationships with multiple stakeholders, proactively problem solve and challenge the status quo.
  • You possess excellent analytical, synthesis and problem-solving skills.
  • You are able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in an organized and structured manner with minimal supervision.
  • You are able to clearly communicate goals, objectives and expectations.
  • You are able to build an internal network of colleagues and gain credibility.
  • You have the capacity to provide direction and guidance, as well as being able to manage and motivate others.
  • You are capable to work together towards a common goal, with each team member contributing their strengths.
  • You possess the ability to rapidly identify, analyze and resolve issues and conflicts that arise.
  • You are able to flex and change as the team or customer’s needs change.
  • You have the ability to actively and attentively listen to others and understand their points of view.
  • You have the ability to cultivate strategic teamwork to achieve business priorities.
