The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Supervisor to join our team at Lighthouse Social. In this role, you will support the Floor Manager in delivering exceptional service and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. As a hands-on leader, you will guide and motivate the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Floor Manager in overseeing floor operations to ensure seamless service.
• Supervise and assist the front-of-house team during busy periods.
• Lead by example, maintaining high standards and encouraging excellent customer interactions.
• Maintain clear communication between the kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams.
• Assist with managing bookings, seating arrangements, and efficient table turnover.
• Handle guest feedback with care, escalating issues when necessary.
• Ensure all health, safety, and licensing regulations are followed.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within hospitality.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• A passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
• Cocktail knowledge and an interest in mixology would be a bonus.
