FORMAL EDUCATION

• High School Diploma
• Certificate in Hospitality/Hotel Operations (advantage)

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position or within hotel operations

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Working knowledge of inventory applications, MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Oracle systems

Responsible for the overall supervision of linen room operations, including the receipt, storage, distribution, inventory, and quality control of all linen and uniforms. Ensures timely delivery and collection of linen across all departments, maintains accurate records, and upholds hygiene and quality standards. The role is essential to support smooth housekeeping operations and guest satisfaction by maintaining optimal linen supply and condition.
