Description Immediate placement for an experienced Hands On Commercial Construction Supervisor. We are looking for a long-term team member to help build client relationships in the area. Required experience includes: Commercial door, flooring, and Sheetrock installation Interior/Exterior Finishes Painting Concrete work Ability to read plans Must haves: - Verifiable commercial supervision experience - Reliable - Dependable - Self-Starter - Computer literate - Own tools - Communicative (daily reports / daily phone calls for project updates) English / Spanish Bi-Lingual is a major plus. Must have reliable transportation (Pick-up truck preferably) and be able to pass a background check. This could be a career for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Supervise hands-on commercial construction projects focusing on interior and exterior finishes. Maintain client relationships and provide daily project updates via reports and phone calls.
