• Supervise and adjust crew schedules, personnel & activities to ensure that safety, efficiency, and quality of work standards are met, while maintaining an adequate amount of personnel at each work location in the logistics network.
• Perform the following personnel activities as first line supervision in partnership with the next level of supervision (e.g. training, performance appraisals, discipline, employee development plans, counseling, coaching, work schedules, overtime authorization, expenses, supervisory logs and attendance administration)
