We are now hiring a Machine Shop Supervisor. Some key responsibilities include: Maintain employee safety, staffing, training, coaching, and performance management. Identify and implement continuous improvement activities to advance production in the Machine Shop on 3rd shift to attain Department goals. Collaborate with other departments including Production Control, Engineering, and QA to ensure production flow. Requirements Excellent communication skills Ability to prioritize activities in a rapidly changing environment Demonstrated good problem solving and decision-making skills Proficient math and computer skills. Responsibilities
Oversee employee safety, staffing, and performance management for the 3rd shift machine shop. Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Production Control to implement continuous improvement and ensure efficient production flow.
