The main purpose of the role is to provide outstanding team supervision, maintaining and repairing the building services delivered to our distinguished clients, carry out PPM and reactive tasks on site and assist with any reasonable requests from the client and site manager, assist with log book keeping and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients ensuring requirements are understood and met, maintaining positive relationships.
  • Supervise all staff, both directly employed and subcontract to ensure all works are being carried out to the expected high standard.
  • Ensuring all H&S procedures and requirements are followed and met at all times.
  • Raise orders and quotes for services delivered by contractors.
  • Ensure that the contract is operated in accordance with the company’s IMS, Procedures, Processes etc.
  • Monitor contract day-to-day performance, escalating any problems as appropriate.
  • Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with the client and contract team.
  • Any other duties which are reasonably required for the effective functioning of the Supervisor role
