Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

Supervising a multi-disciplinary maintenance team in the execution of maintenance activities of structures, buildings, and lands interests you? Managing budgets, overseeing safety protocols, and coordinating with external partners are part of your expertise?

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide leadership and supervision to staff including: coaching; performance management; development and discipline.
  • Ensure application of safe work methods and safety programs and monitoring of safety hazards.
  • Ensure compliance of activities related to security of the operational facilities and external/public impacts and the work of contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with all technical, corporate and legislative policies, procedures and standards as required.
  • Responsible for the monitoring of budget allocations.
  • Coordinate initial response to accidents, incidents and violations and conduct investigations.
  • Communicate and coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure effective maintenance of structures, and facilities to ensure optimal vessel transit.
