Roster: Lifestyle roster (5/4, 4/5, 5/5) with 12.5-hour day and night shifts.
Reporting to: Workshop Superintendent.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, coaching, and developing team members by setting clear expectations, monitoring performance, and mentoring others.
• Managing and executing daily maintenance of a large mobile maintenance fleet.
• Providing practical input into all relevant short and long-term maintenance plans.
• Increasing equipment availability and reliability by ensuring all maintenance activities are planned and carried out to a high standard, safely and timely.
• Assisting the Superintendent in implementing safety and productivity strategies.
• Playing an active role in all incident investigations under your control.
• Creating solutions with self-motivation to develop plans for challenges presented in the workplace.
