• You’ve got previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting — leadership experience is a must
• You’re organized, reliable, and able to handle a variety of responsibilities without breaking a sweat
• You have strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
• You’re a natural problem solver who can think on your feet
• You’re passionate about customer service and take pride in creating a welcoming space
• Bonus if you have kitchen experience or food handling knowledge

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Lead and motivate the team with clear direction and support
• Manage scheduling, time-off requests, and shift coverage
• Handle inventory, supply orders, and stock rotation
• Ensure top-tier customer service and resolve any guest concerns
• Assist with food prep or kitchen duties when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment
