OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at ServiceOntario in Whitby. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in retail management. As a Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service while driving and maintaining inventory control.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven supervisory experience in a retail environment is essential.
  • Strong background in customer service with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
  • Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
  • Familiarity with inventory control processes and retail sales techniques.
  • Bilingual or multilingual candidates are preferred to enhance customer interactions.
  • Demonstrated skills in time management, organizational abilities, and leadership qualities.
  • Previous experience in training & development of staff is highly desirable.
