Responsibilities:

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a Supervisor in Manufacturing Sustainability to join our plant team in Krakow, Poland. In this role, you will:

  • Lead and manage the Sustainability (team) in the factory.
  • Act as a management advisor for all sustainability topics and work to engage all the manufacturing functions to develop and sustain together a strong sustainability culture.
  • Drive the company to achieve Sustainability commitments and to ensure that sustainability systems and programs are implemented and continuously improved.
  • Ensure legal compliance with sustainability requirements to sustain the affiliate’s license to operate.
  • Act as official sustainability representative towards authorities, government officials, and auditing bodies.
