The Supervisor - Marine is responsible for coordinating onsite construction activities, direct wages employees, plant resources and subcontract teams to achieve effective performance from all parties to ensure the safe and successful completion of the project on schedule and to the specified quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise subcontractor scope of works, ensuring team awareness and adherence to responsibilities.
• Maintain discretion to avoid compromising potential claims at contract levels.
• Keep accurate records such as daily diary notes to support subcontractor supervision.
• Understand project specifications and drawings, contributing to construction methods and sequencing.
• Attend site meetings, support coordination between trades, and ensure safe, efficient execution aligned with the work programme.
• Assist in planning short-term programmes, manage site access, resources, and monitor performance.
• Handle administrative tasks like collecting and coding plant hire and labour records, and demonstrate awareness of agreements and employee relations.
