GENERAL DESCRIPTION Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring timely availability and delivery of materials, and implementing efficient control measures. OTHER POSITION DETAILS · Collaborate with other departments, including purchasing and production, to ensure seamless material flow. · Oversee the process of inventory kitting and delivery of materials. · Evaluate and adjust min/max numbers to ensure proper inventory stocking levels. · Plan and execute regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels. · Analyze cycle count results to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement. · Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly. · Implement safety protocols to safeguard both personnel and inventory. · Hire, lead, and motivate a team of inventory control staff, providing guidance and support. · Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s skills and knowledge. · Effectively review performance of subordinates to ensure compliance with requirements. · This job description is not intended to be all inclusive and the employee will also perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by Management Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
