We’re looking for a confident, customer-focused Supervisor to join our Mayfair team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys delivering exceptional service with every step.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Supervisor, you’ll support the management team in leading by example on the shop floor. Your focus will be driving sales, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and helping to train and develop the wider team. This role is ideal for someone flexible and passionate about retail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences
• Support with daily store operations, opening/closing procedures, and cash handling
• Lead and motivate the team during your shifts
• Help train and coach Sales Associates
• Maintain visual merchandising and stock standards
• Support with loss prevention and health & safety processes
