Molina Healthcare is hiring a Supervisor, Member Outreach, Training Specialist. This remote role will have a focus on spearheading, facilitating much of the training initiatives that we are currently undergoing and also have upcoming.
Highly Qualified Candidates Will Have the Following Experience:
Background Training
Managed Care background and/or is familiar with Medicare and Medicaid.
Process based,
Able to build forms and trainings in Canva, Snag-It, PowerPoint, Visio, Process Mapping, Excel for tracking and training results and resources, One-Note, SharePoint (Able to Be the Administrator), Teams Channels
Bilingual is a plus! (Spanish or Mandarin)
Design, develop, and deliver training programs for new hires and existing staff.
Conduct onboarding sessions covering company policies, and compliance requirements.
Provide refresher training on new products, services, or processes.
Create training materials such as manuals, presentations, scripts, and e-learning modules.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Functions as a “hands-on” supervisor, assisting in day-to-day operations and supervision of staff with adherence to the member outreach program. Assist with implementation of interventions to maintain and/or improve the quality and efficiency of the operations/services provided.
Prepares and utilizes reports to monitor and audit all systems, procedures and the quality of customer services provided. Assist with representing the unit at Departmental and Planning meetings as requested.
Ensures staffing policies, procedures and SOPs are standardized and are current to meet business needs.
Supports the Strategic Plan, serve as the technical and content support to align programs/processes. Assists the Managers as needed to develop new projects/processes as requested by the health plans.
Required Education: High School Diploma
P referred Education: Associate’s degree
Required Experience: 2-3 years call center experience.
Preferred Experience: 5 years call center experience and all background skills listed above.
