Position Summary We are seeking a full-time, fully licensed LCSW to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about mental health, clinically driven, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. This hybrid role includes three in-person days at our New Jersey office and two days of telehealth. After-hours availability is required, including at least two evenings per week. In addition to maintaining a clinical caseload, this role requires the ability to provide clinical supervision to non–fully licensed providers in New Jersey in accordance with state regulations. Key Responsibilities Provide individual therapy to a diverse client population Provide clinical supervision to pre-licensed or associate-level clinicians in New Jersey Maintain a consistent caseload with a mix of in-person and telehealth sessions Complete all clinical documentation in a timely and thorough manner Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development Ensure compliance with state licensing and ethical guidelines Compensation Minimum Guarantee: $1,500 per week until caseload is established Earning Potential: Up to $125,000 annually with a full caseload Benefits Support: $800 per month contribution toward benefits Supervision Compensation: $150 per hour per week for supervising LSWs Payment Model: CPT code–based compensation Requirements Qualifications Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field Meets New Jersey requirements to provide clinical supervision Current and active NJ license (LPC or LCSW) required Dual licensure in PA strongly preferred, or willingness to obtain PA licensure Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience preferred Comfortable working evening hours as part of weekly schedule Strong clinical skills, professionalism, and commitment to client care What We Offer Fee-for-service model Minimum income guarantee of $3,000 biweekly (pre-tax) for the first 6 months, while providers build up their caseload Competitive rates for services provided Supportive, team-oriented environment Flexible telehealth scheduling for work-life balance Modern office space for in-person sessions Benefits: Paid Holidays: Observance of major federal holidays with full pay.
