As a Supervisor at Merry Maids®, you will play a vital role in leading our cleaning teams to deliver exceptional service to our clients. This position is based in Canada and offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a fun and close-knit team environment.

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role or similar position.

  • Oversee daily operations of cleaning teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
  • Working with staff to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive relationships.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is well-stocked.
  • Implement company policies and procedures to uphold service standards.
