Job Description Supervise receiving, sorting, storage, picking, and dispatch operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely execution. Ensure proper handling, stacking, and FIFO/FEFO practices to maintain product quality and minimize damage and expiry. Monitor real-time operations, resolve issues promptly, and ensure effective manpower utilization across shifts. Control wastage, shrinkage, and damages while ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed, and staged for dispatch. Coordinate with logistics for vehicle placement, loading plans, and dispatch schedules to meet store requirements. Supervise loading activities to ensure accuracy, safety, and proper handling of products. Ensure all store orders are dispatched on time, verifying stock against documentation before vehicle release. Monitor dispatch flow, manage inbound/outbound movement, and escalate delays or issues immediately. Supervise and assign tasks to platform staff during shifts, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety standards. Coordinate with QA for quality checks, inspections, and timely resolution of product-related issues. Identify, segregate, and report damaged, expired, or non-compliant stock for corrective action. Qualifications Bachelors or Intermediate with 4 years of experience
