JOB SUMMARY:

We are currently looking to recruit experienced Supervisor to work alongside the existing management team to oversee and co-ordinate our operations in our Coleraine based meat processing plant. Reporting to the Causeway Prime Team Leader, your main duties and responsibilities will be:

EXPERIENCE:

• Supervisory: 1 year (required)

• Production management; produce production sheets and maintain relevant stock levels
• Uphold product quality whilst achieving yield targets.
• Communicate job expectations and coach employees.
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
• Liase with production manager of any issues which may arise.
• Ensure health and safety rules and regulations are adhered to within production.
• Uphold DARD, Beef labelling and Environmental health regulations.
• Packing and labelling meat.
• Picking and preparing orders.
• Cleaning work area.
• Preparing stock for production.
• Adhering to all health & safety regulations.
• Any other duties as required.
