Why join us? Join our multi‑award‑winning Motor Volume Recoveries Team at DWF, renowned for its innovative approach to legal services. Here, you’ll thrive in a dynamic, aspirational culture built on collaboration, clear career progression, and partnerships with a blue‑chip client base. As a values‑driven business, we’re committed to providing exceptional support, empowering you to grow and succeed. Due to continued growth, we’re seeking an experienced Supervisor to join the team. The team issues county court proceedings on behalf of insurer clients to recover monetary losses arising from road traffic accidents. We handle subrogated recovery matters from pre‑litigation through to final hearing/trial, including the recovery of insurers’ outlays and any straightforward uninsured losses incurred by policyholders. As a supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in the day‑to‑day running of the team. You’ll oversee a group of fee earners managing recovery claims, support the delivery of performance targets, and ensure a high standard of service for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their legal operations or motor claims career within a dynamic and supportive environment. The role is hybrid, with office attendance required in Liverpool 2-3 days per week. Responsibilities Supervise, coach, and support a team of recoveries fee earners. Manage workload allocation and ensure deadlines and service levels are met. Monitor and report on performance, KPIs, and quality standards. Assist with training and development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Act as a point of contact for technical queries and complex case escalations. Contribute to process improvements and client relationship management. What will help you succeed in this role? Essential Experience in motor recoveries, insurance litigation, or debt recovery, ideally in a supervisory or team lead capacity. Strong knowledge of credit hire, liability, and recoveries processes. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to lead by example and support others in achieving targets. Client-focused with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. What we offer? We are committed to ensuring that each member of our team feels valued and duly rewarded during their time at DWF. We are an equal opportunities employer that celebrates diversity and we are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all. We aim to create a positive experience for all candidates and offer any adjustments or additional support needed. If you're excited about the opportunity but your experience doesn’t align perfectly with all the requirements, please apply anyway. You may be the right candidate for the role or others across the wider team. About us DWF is a leading global provider of integrated legal and business services. We empower people to be themselves within an inclusive and supportive environment, enabling everyone to achieve their full potential in line with their abilities and career aspirations. #LI-Hybrid
