Responsibilities:
1. Manage, support, plan and organise day-to-day cleaning schedule to ensure smooth operations
2. Plan manpower resources and coordinate staff allocations with operations supervisors in different work sites.
3. Review processes and work flow to improve overall productivity and efficiency in operations planning
4. To ensure adequate administrative and operational support to the operational team efficiently and effectively
5. Investigate and respond to clients’ queries on cleaning arrangements from time to time.
6. Plan and coordinate the inbound and outbound of the company’s cleaning inventories.
7. Submit written report to Operations Manager weekly
Requirements:
1. Able to work in a team with communication and understanding of work flow.
2. Ability to listen and empathize with the situation
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
4. Able to work with tight deadlines
5. At least 3 years’ relevant experience in cleaning industry.
