At LCRA, FPP is seeking to find a driven and safety-focused leader for a Multi-craft Operations/Maintenance Supervisor position! At an expert level, we are seeking a leader to oversee daily maintenance and operations of our coal fired power plant bowl mill team. This is an opportunity to help push our team toward excellence. You will be trusted to: - Ability to foster, lead and sustain a safe work environment and culture. - Ability to safely and efficiently lead a group of employees through complex situations, scenarios and emergencies. - Contain knowledge of power plant maintenance principles. - Ability to safely train and mentor employees. - Cultivate succession planning and growth. You qualify with: - Nine or more years of experience in power plant operations, maintenance, engineering, or other relevant experience.  - A degree(s) in power generation, engineering, business, science, math or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.   - Driver's license   You are a great fit with: - Experience in operating and maintaining conventional gas and coal fired power plants. - Experience in maintenance planning principles, including work package development and PM development. - Experience in non-destructive examination (NDE), oil analysis, vibration analysis, thermography, transformer testing, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), root cause analysis, and other applicable PdM tools. - Experience using Maximo. - Experience in developing and tracking metrics. - Experience with staging of parts and tools. - Proven leader in cultivating collaborative, high-performance, and improvement-focused environments.
