Hourly Rate: £14.00 This may differ for under 18s We’re looking for the best talent to join our Nando’s team as Supervisors. What’s a Supervisor we hear you ask? Well, they’re the people in-between the management team and the Nandocas (what we call our team members) in the restaurant. A Supervisor helps in the running of the restaurant and learns the basics of what it’s like to be a Manager. Our Supervisors get great exposure to the world of running a restaurant and managing a team. While gaining that experience, our Supervisors learn at their own place before stepping into an Assistant Manager role. Responsibilities

Supervisors act as the intermediary between the management team and the team members, assisting in the overall running of the restaurant. This role provides exposure to restaurant management and team leadership, serving as a stepping stone toward an Assistant Manager position.
