Job Description Get to Know the Team Our Cities Account Management team, operating under the GrabFood Strategy umbrella, is focused on driving growth for key strategic merchants across 9 cities in the Northern and Northeastern regions. We work to enhance business operations while ensuring our initiatives align with Grab's broader objectives. Our mission is to build and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships with merchants. Get to Know the Role As Supervisor, Northern Region Expansion, you will be responsible for leading and driving the performance of our Cities Account Management team in Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai. Your main focus will be to guide the team in managing and growing a portfolio of top strategic merchants. This includes ensuring consistent portfolio growth, boosting sales performance, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our merchant partners. Your leadership will be key to expanding our presence and success across the Northern region. This is a remote working position. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform Strategic planning and managed teams Assisted Regional manager in planning and implementing GTM strategy. Managed and supported acquisition team who will be a key player in this team to deliver their tasks and achieve their target. Evaluate team performance and identify hiring and training needs. Provide performance summary and valuable on-ground insight along with recommendations to core team On-ground strategic partner acquisition Lead strategic partners acquisition and gain new product adoption. On-ground with the team to give them guidance and help uplift their performance. Qualifications What Essential Skills You Will Need Bachelor Degree or higher in any related filed. 2+ years of experience in merchant operations, account management or sales & marketing - preferably in the food delivery or tech platform industry. Strong leadership qualities, people management skills and hardworking in developing people. Strong communication skills with fluency in Thai & English. Self-motivated, proactive, growth mindset. Able to transport in area responsible.
